The Rossmore Suite is perfect for private family gatherings in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

- Minimum Guests: 30 adults
- Maximum Guests: 80 guests
As the suite does not have its own bar, your guests can purchase drinks directly from the hotel's main bar throughout your function. Alternatively, bottled beer, wine and Prosecco can be pre-ordered in advance for your guests. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a beverage service for this room.
For those looking for a space with a dedicated bar, the Liberty Tree Restaurant offers a stylish setting exclusively for your group.

You're welcome to decorate your chosen venue to suit the occasion, and subject to availability, early access can be arranged to give you time to set everything up.
If you'd like to include live entertainment, bands or musicians are welcome until 10.00pm.

Our freshly prepared finger food menus are designed for sharing and are the perfect choice for informal celebrations. Using quality ingredients and a selection of popular favourites, our chefs will ensure your guests are well looked after while you enjoy the occasion.
We offer our standard menu at €15.00 per person, and our premium menu at €20.00 per person.
