From your first enquiry to your big day, our experienced wedding team guides you every step of the way, ensuring your journey is stress-free, enjoyable, and unforgettable.
Step 1: Arrange a No Pressure Private Viewing & Meet Your Wedding Co-Ordinator
Step into your wedding story by experiencing the elegance and charm of our suites and wedding spaces firsthand. Wander through the ballroom, civil ceremony space, and your preferred wedding suite, and take in the views, décor, and ambiance that will frame your special day.
Meet Sarah or Abbie, our expert wedding coordinators, who will listen to your ideas, answer your questions, and walk you through our All-Inclusive Packages. From flowers to food, music to décor, we make planning simple, enjoyable, and completely tailored to your vision.
Step 2: Choose Your Date
Once you’ve found the perfect space, it’s time to narrow down your wedding date. Whether you’ve settled on a year or are torn between seasons, Sarah and Abbie will guide you through your options and check availability to help you find the ideal date.
We’ll provisionally hold your chosen date for two weeks, giving you peace of mind while you finalise your plans.
Step 3: Review Your Contract
After your date is reserved, we’ll provide your contract, which outlines all the details of your chosen package, finer points, and payment schedule.
The contract has been created with care by our legal team to ensure it’s beneficial for both you and the hotel. While we can’t go through it line by line with you, our team is always on hand to answer any questions and clarify anything you’re unsure about.
Step 4: Secure Your Date
Once you’re ready, a €1,000 deposit and a signed copy of the contract (alongside proof of ID and address) will officially secure your wedding date. Congratulations — the journey to your perfect day is now officially underway!
Step 5: We Secure Your Vendors
Once your date is secured, our team will coordinate with all your wedding vendors to ensure your vision is brought to life. You’ll have the opportunity to personalise every detail, from colour themes and florals to ‘do not play’ lists and special touches — all designed to make your wedding day uniquely yours.
Step 6: Enjoy The Wedding Journey!
And now… the fun begins! With the logistics handled, it’s time to enjoy every moment of your engagement. Our team will continue to support you along the way, helping you create a day that is stress-free, joyous, and utterly unforgettable. Before you know it, your big day will arrive — and it will be everything you dreamed of and more.
