Our banqueting packages are designed to delight every guest. Choose from a 2-course menu at €30.00 per person, or a 3-course menu at €36.00 per person. Children under 12 can enjoy a specially prepared menu for €15.00 each. All menus include a silent vegetarian and vegan option, and guests can select from two starters, two main courses, and one dessert, all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our dedicated kitchen team ensures every dish is prepared to the highest standard, combining local produce with elegant presentation.
Event Timings and Entertainment
Banqueting events and functions at Talbot Hotel Carlow are carefully scheduled to ensure a seamless experience. The latest food service is at 8.30pm, and the bar will call for last orders at 1.30am, at which point all live entertainment concludes to ensure hotel residents' comfort. Booking & Payment Details
Securing your banqueting or private function is simple. A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit and a signed contract are required to confirm your booking. 50% of the remaining balance is due one month before your event, alongside final menu selections and updated guest numbers. Final numbers are required one week before the function, with the remaining balance settled on the night. Card details must be held on file for all bookings, and all reservations are only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by our events department.
