Our Leinster Suite is our ballroom and can accommodate up to 250 guests, with a minimum requirement of 80 adults. Featuring a paneled high ceiling, mood lighting, a dance floor, a private bar, and access to the decked terrace, the Leinster Suite is the ideal location for those larger celebrations and gatherings! From GAA Dinner Dances, Christmas Parties, or Staff Appreciation Nights, we would be delighted to accommodate your event in Talbot Hotel Carlow. For smaller gatherings of up to 120 guests, we offer our Liberty Tree Restaurant. With a minimum requirement of 50 adults, the Restaurant offers magnificent views of the Hills of Killeshin and the Carlow Countryside. Menus start from €30.00 pp, and you can view our sample Event Menu here!
