"I stayed overnight in your hotel and used the Wexford training room. I travel a lot with the company I work for and stay in lots of different hotels and yet this has been the first time I have felt compelled to write in relation to my experience at a hotel.
The reason I write to you is to compliment all of you on the high level of professionalism and service I have experienced during my stay here. Every member of staff I have approache or whom has approached me was a pleasure to deal with, both courteous and friendly.
The hotel itself is modern, clean and serves good food - but it was the hard working staff, willing to go above and beyond that have made the experience for me and I will certainly be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
I would be grateful if all staff at reception, in the bar and in the restaurant where I had breakfast - are made aware of my gratitude and congratulated on a job well done"
